What happens during a cleanse
What doesn’t happen (laughs) – so the main thing is not to go out there looking for scary things. There are many blog sites and yes first time cleansers do worry and they say that a lot of things hurt or they felt pain here pain there and other things. We have to be honest.
Sorry – the toxicity of your inner and outer being might be very high. And yes people if they do not cleanse or never looked into it always say – I had a terrible time. I had the worst time.
We have a lot of options.
How to take off the edge
So the first thing is the stress and the trouble in the way that we live sometimes. We have so much going on and so much to do – habitually also – that we don’t have the space or the time to give our bodies what they need.
We don’t have anyone to help us either as – the whole world seemingly has gone mad and everyone just wants to make it…make what exactly. Make something. But here we have a window maybe that you might need – just to be able to sit down relax and at least – take time off work. So that you don’t feel pressured bullied or interrupted by the ongoing grinds that people put themselves into.
The worry is – that you might hop off the train because you feel negative about who you are in comparison to how other people go about their life – how they live think eat or drink. It’s hard to be in a body that is not supporting the current social or habitual systems rather – doing something it wants to do. And you know probably better than I do – in the social habitual cycles of time we have so many things that raise an eyebrow or two – if we don’t conform. Starting from our bodies finishing with the type of biscuits we have with our coffee and tea. We have to be proud of it though and just say it-
Today I will….get going with my cleanse.
What is a cleanse anyway
So to me it is very hard to notice or see what is going on with other people sometimes because I’m someone who cleanses – very often, almost always. The point is that – when we don’t cleanse ever we don’t see that it’s normal or even possible, – or even positive – to start doing something else.
Alternatives are always hard.
You see – grains, meat, certain vegies even and addictive substances make us wish – we had them on tap – and even though we don’t want it to be the truth – most of the human food that we eat is based to some degree on addictive foods and then eventually – the body Is blocked up and gets overgrown with certain organisms and even cells that demand that specific type of food.
Which yes – controls your life, your tribe and your social and energetic systems as well as chooses people for you – who you are with and what you experience is just a mirror of what is inside – literally. And that is – quite the collection after all.
So what you want to do is just to figure out – what you are eating how and why – and stop glorifying that which you would rather have or rather be. Just start here. And make sure you are not feeling desperate alone or anti social as it is mainly other people’s pressure sometimes that makes people fall off the bandwagon after all.
How to make it clear to yourself that you want to change your life
So the first thing I did when I realised I was toxic – as a very young woman – Is I knew I had to stop eating some things. That started with meat at age 14 and then worked it up to veganism in my mid twenties, after which – I started to be stronger and stronger still about implementing some herbs and plants which eventually took me through ayahuasca and other things – landing somewhere in the middle between every single new age eating habit, group and click – I finally realised it only here in Puru, in my 30s
You can’t change a life.
But you can definitely change your tastes. And they only truly can change if you see the point in it. So yes – people go practicing what they do or being who they think they wanted to be and then yes that is where the difficulty is – if you want to eat pizza and drink beer three times a week – what can make you not do that. Nobody. If you don’t see a problem with it.
I knew I had a problem
So when you grow up into that next version of you and you feel that your previous states are like clothes that don’t fit you anymore things start to hurt – you start noticing smells and discolouration of skin – you know something is going on. Wrinkles and all of it. This is not about vanity but for some people it is. It is more about knowing – things are going on.
When I knew things were going wrong in my twenties I didn’t just jump – I realised it very fast and I knew there were so many things I had to change and yes this is also another factor of cleansing dieting and the rest of it – you kind of “loose your mind” or start appearing as if you have lost it.
If you know what is going on inside you….
It’s hard. If you know that you have say – gas for nothing or you feel that you have movements in your stomach you can’t explain – it’s hard. Most of us that are aware and start to really feel into what the body is doing, wanting or complaining about it gets hard.
The world is – opposite. Stop complaining – get up – go to work. Go work, come on, get off your ass. Make some money – then you sleep. That’s the mental state of most people in the world. And here we are. It’s 2022 now, and we are lost. We are so very lost. We are just in a grind and we can’t get off the train…till you change your habits
And one of the most intense and even boring things to talk about – is obvious – food lifestyle and…shelter actually. But here we are – we want it all and we want to fit so bad. That’s enough. We have to grow up
Cleansing as part of growing up
So – this is not about how I started why or how you can start or how I “envision” you starting. It’s more just – the way that the world works. You walk out of things – you understand you have overgrown it and bang – it happens. Hurt, pain and yes – lust for the new or the less ordinary. When you grow up you want to change your life and that is part of the greater cycle of ascension anyway. Not just listening to audio books or watching videos, not just rummaging through some books. We have to grow up and walk out of it.
What are we walking out of
Just the way that the world works, how we age, how we hurt, how we accept pain as part of life and what we don’t actually understand yet is – that you have more choices than you probably ever imagined. Its just that the choice of lifestyle food and shelter keeps us closed and locked into just the one mode of life.
What to do if you are actually happy and free enough to change

And cleanse
The most important program is to change your body’s emotional and neurological responses eventually – so it doesn’t react to bread, cheese, butter, meat and other things. So that it is not just a little calf on the leash of culture and that it is not lead by another.
Most foods are diabolically addictive and many people that eat them are not conscious – as they are very well pacified with just the taste, the smell or the feeling of certain things. And here is where toxicity is a choice and a lifestyle after all. But we have to – change. And maybe understanding age and oxidisation is needed here to kick oneself into gear and say it – I don’t want to. I do not want to age. I do not want to hurt. I do not want to feel sick, ill or disheartened almost every day of my life. I do not want to be treated like a calf on the leash, I do not want to turn into (my relative) – or I just don’t want to live like that.
How we can start
This is just about narrowing down certain options and upkeeping or increasing others. It’s very simple and most books or people will tell you about it – it’s not very exotic at first. Out goes the previous diet choice – in comes a nicer simpler and cleaner diet choice but we have so much more than that
We have books and books on diets out there – which is fantastic. But first we have to set a theme maybe – and yes some people choose paleo, some people choose organic, others just go raw vegan – for goodness sakes. It all depends on you you see, your culture, your preferred plans and sometimes even your body already. Some body types really struggle with some of these diet plans.
The main thing is to have enough space to do it and not just jump on a fad diet wagon – because that’s not going to do anything. We do though have to cleanse.
And even if you don’t want it or do not need it – it has to start with you wanting to – and eventually saying to yourself what for – or even how – it might start. I cannot teach you the whole of it – or boss you into it. Though you can ofcourse get private consultations with me and everything if you have the money or time. But it’s not just this.
It’s hope. If you have hope – you know you can.
Then when you see or envision your best body or the best lifestyle you would actually like to live
Imagine it – just really be it – live it or breathe it and that’s it. For some people it’s just the inspiration – that’s it.
