The benefits of detox
Here is a very small article to do with my experience and the experience of many people around the world that are also conscious of themselves, their bodies and their minds.
What happens to us people?
I mean – we get old yeah. We grow. Our organs shut down eventually and – we die? No that is not the way it should have ever been. We have a very simple process of oxidation happen as our bodies change and yes – ageing is an inevitable part of that process. But –
What if I told you don’t have to do that necessarily
Where does age happen?
Well, for lots of people general wear and tear, stress, inability to sleep well and all of this is only the start. The true demon behind the scenes is diet and lifestyle choices. Inner hygiene is something we don’t take into consideration. Which is laughable. In a world where external appearances are so important – why don’t we consider what is on the inside. I do – and I thrive because of it. If you know how to detox and cleanse your body and you let yourself have that special time to do that every now and then you will know the difference and the difference is –
Extra efficiency and ability to metabolise what you eat. I think that is the main point here. When you efficiently use your organs and the tissues have time to be revised by the body because it is free accumulations – you get everything done quick. The body shines and you – ofcourse shine with it.
If you care for your body you need to really understand how it works. So firstly – when you have a blocked up stomach and you are maybe still digesting your last week’s meal – ofcourse you will be slow. Your metabolism will be slow, the nervous system goes down with it and your brain starts to feel bad. Simply because there is not enough time for all of it.
If you don’t digest well or have enough time to clean or look after yourself, everything is working all the time. And yes – that is when you age.
What for ageing happens at all –
Because we don’t have enough energy and our situation gets more and more aggressive with time. The more we eat the more we want, the more we do the more we stress. Life seemingly gets harder with age – but it’s not all bad. We don’t have to get exceedingly callous or angry with life. Ageing is not actually that important to experience to get “the serious human experience” its just that we have to understand how nature works and what the body needs – to survive
Basic essentials
So that is something to talk about. I mean I’m sure you remember the food pyramid at school and everything. I look back to me in my highschool age and remember – the weight, the acne, the bad behaviour and inability to sleep concentrate or function at all. And some of it was just bad diet choices and lack of essential vitamins and minerals in my diet also.
Most of it is actually just diet. You get picky with your diet – your inner and outer health improves, you get more picky with time, your pineal gland eventually kicks in when the body actually enjoys living here and then – you are done. Problem solved. You are open and at least curious about life.
We don’t like it here sometimes
That is a deep dark and negative call isn’t it – and it’s hard to face. Most people I have met in my life have struggled with life and just the obvious things. Like getting up in the morning sometimes, having conversations, anxiety, work load, family responsibilities, partnerships – we all struggle. Why does this happen
We essentially start living a life that is not even ours but determined by the externalised factors – views and conditioning of our family members and all of that which follows. Our school, the media, the problems others set for us to solve. Wow – an unbearable weight of a seemingly endless puzzle.
But what if I told you it just starts within. This is not a motivational figure of speech or a quote from one of those movies – no. It starts with your colon action.
Cleansing – a simple guide
So – most of us eat pretty uncomfortably for our style of life, activity level, weight of responsibility, age, gender, location in the world – most things are out. When we look at our planet we see why -the whole balance is off. But here we are – a very uncomfortable little species sometimes when we think of it – if we are to face ourselves correctly – the global problems aside we have to see it for what it is you guys…
The colon works in many ways to support our body and yes it controls and readjusts many a process including the immune system. If you want to know how to heal your whole body – you have to start here. If you have your colon together – most of it will probably self organise – unless ofcourse you have stagnation elsewhere and most of us truly do.
The next best thing usually is liver – or lungs, depending on how you look at it. Many of us living in very toxic or closed in environments do have issues in the lungs and it is very easy to not have that good feeling life because – the lungs do not respond well, and then the whole system very easily shuts down. Spindly and unable to function people are not just stressed – they are breathless. If you live in the city it’s good to start here first
The lungs are a great idea – but also is the liver. If you overeat and have a lot of gastrointestinal issues, or you have too much extra weight – the whole system will work many times better should you just cleanse your liver, with it some of your natural bacterial balance restores and yes – you will also naturally clean some of your lung tissue and the lymph. What to do next
So the next thing is to understand this is not the best way to live. I think that most people when they live for many years in toxicity or self neglect actually do not like the idea of waking up simply – for the reason that it hurts. And as you get your eyes open wide (cleansing the liver channel does that) and when you can smell taste and feel everything intensely (having no gunk in the digestive tract anymore) – we get bored. Or we get sad. Or we get angry.
So for this you need other plants to help you out. So – here are just some of ours on the site. Enriching plants to get that vitamin flow or good boosting plants to just – make you feel welcome in the body and not so – afraid of life itself. Life itself isn’t the big deal. The point is what we do with it.
I know some of this sounds very heavy for some but we have to open our eyes and yes – the idea of cleansing might not really sound like a pretty process. But it does work and it does help – and in just a few weeks you might be feeling so much better.
There is no price for quality of life.
